Simone has worked with over 85 different nationalities doing business all over the world. With more than 15 years of legal experience, she brings in her career, the knowledge and experience of several processes in the legal area.
In 2018, she won the second edition of the Miguel Galvão Teles Award, with the work entitled “A Matter of Defeatability”. The jury was chaired by Jorge Miranda, teacher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and who contributed to draft the Portuguese Constitution.
This important “Miguel Galvão Teles Award” aims to distinguish the best article in the field of Constitutional and International Law.
Simone is doing her PhD in Theory of Law at the University of Lisbon. She also holds a master’s degree in Business and Labor Law, a postgraduate degree in Business from the FGV-RJ University and a postgraduate degree in International Law from the Louvain University in Belgium. Graduated from UERJ – State University of Rio de Janeiro.
Specialized, in special, in international contracts, conflict of rights and norms, the Golden Visa application, international business and investments in Portugal, immigration and nationality process and fully regulated by the European Bar Association, Portugal and Brazil. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she develops works in several countries.
