Simone has worked with more than 70 different nationalities doing business around the world. With more than 15 years of legal experience, she brings in her career, the knowledge and experience of several processes in the legal area.

In 2018, she won the second edition of the Miguel Galvão Teles Award, with her paper entitled “A Matter of Defeasibility”. The jury was chaired by Jorge Miranda, teacher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and who contributed to draft the Portuguese Constitution, and also included Miguel Nogueira de Brito and Rui Patrício.

This important “Miguel Galvão Teles Award” has been created by the Academic Association of the Faculty of Law of Lisbon (AAFDL), by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (ICJP) and by the Miguel Galvão Teles Institute (IMGT)), with the aim of promoting research and scientific development in Law, which aims to distinguish the best article in the field of Constitutional and International Law.

Simone is undertaking her Ph.D. at the University of Lisbon. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business and Labor Law, a postgraduate degree in Business from the FGV-RJ University and a postgraduate degree in International Law from the Lovaina university in Belgium. She graduated from UERJ – State University of Rio de Janeiro.

Specialized, in particular, in the Golden Visa process, international business and investments in Portugal, and likewise with the immigration and nationality process,  she is fully accredited by the European Bar Association, Portugal and Brazil. She is recognised by the British Embassy in Portugal as a trusted lawyer. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she conducts business in various countries.
